Anniversary Cake
I was asked to make an anniversary cake and make it similar to the Neopolitan cake that I made previously, minus the strawberry.
So the cake is alternated with white, chocolate and then white cake. The buttercream is alternated opposite of that - chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate. I also thought it would look more classic if I tinted the chocolate buttercream black.
