I've taught myself everything I know by books and online. I'm consantly learning new things and I always make baking and decorating cakes fun.

And yes, compared to most people, I don't charge much.
Typically, cakes for parties have larger servings, and less servings per cake.
Wedding cake servings are smaller, usually around 1" slices, so more servings per cake.
If you need help picking out a cake size, I'll help you out.
If you have a special flavor in mind, let me know. I'll try any recipe.
I do make my own buttercream. I do not use butter, I use Crisco.
If you prefer butter and request it, I'll be happy to do that for you.
I have also done lots of different fillings.
