The recipe was really simple to follow. And just like the icecream, all three flavors are in the cupcake. The icing recipe could be varied, but mine is a basic cream cheese icing. This cupcake was awesome and everyone needs to try it!

Neopolitan Cupcakes
So anytime I'm out and find a cupcake/cake decorating book, I just have to buy it. haha So, when I found a cupcake recipe magazine at Sam's Club, I just had to have it. Inside, I found this recipe for Neopolitan Cupcakes. Oh. Em. Gee. The were fantastic.

Boston Red Sox Cake
My boyfriend has a great uncle who just turned 89 years old, and he's a big Boston Red Sox fan. So, I decided to make him a cake with a baseball theme to it. This was my first time ever making a hat, but I think it turned out pretty good.
I think he liked it. ;)
I used the small sports ball pan (half of it) for the hat and then decorated with fondant and placed it on top of an 8-inch round cake. The cake is covered and decorated with buttercream.
